Order Processing Time – Orders are generally shipped out within 2-3 business days. We try to process your orders as quickly as possible. Delays may occur if there is a holiday and on the weekends.
Local Pick Up – Want to save on shipping costs? We offer local pick up at our store! We’re located at 622 S. Main St (M53/Van Dyke) in Almont, Michigan. Just select local pick up at check out and we will let you know when your order is ready. Pick up times are during store hours: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10-4pm.
Shipping Rates – Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship from Almont, Michigan 48003. We also include a free tote with each online purchase of $75 and up.
Checking Order Status – Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges – Just like in store, all sales are final. If you are not happy with the item, gift it to someone who will love it. We give all measurements of items so that you can ensure they will work in your space. We appreciate your business and understanding. If you purchase a piece of clothing that does not fit, you are able to exchange it if we have that item in stock. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. You can also exchange in store in this case.
If you receive an item that is damaged in some way, please contact us as soon as possible. Please email us photos, along with your order number, at firstname.lastname@example.org. We handle damaged items on a case by case basis but will always try our very best to rectify the situation to the best of our ability.
