You Light Up My Life...& A Few Other Fun Things

Can you believe that the Thanksgiving holiday is already less than 6 weeks away?? And Christmas will be just after that! 2020 has gone by so slowly…yet so quickly. I don’t think I’ve ever been this anxious for a year to just go away completely.

So…with that being said, I’m still going to make every effort to make this year a good one. On that note, I have to say, I think Chic Antiques is looking better than ever! I am so beyond grateful to you for making that possible.

Our holiday goodies are just now making their way in. I can’t wait to show you what’s “in store” for our upcoming market. Let me tell you, this is nary the tip of THAT iceberg.

Hostess Gifts

First up, some very awesome hostess gifts. If you are lucky enough to pawn the hosting of those holiday meals & gatherings off to someone else, here you go!

How cute is this cheese board and knife set??? The knife is magnetically self on the back to create the “trunk” of the tree. . It is pictured here on 2 of our new runners.

We have never carried tapers before, I’m not sure why?? When I saw these, I knew it was time to start. Look how beautifully these are packaged. 12″ tapers come in a set of 6 in four color choices: gray, white, navy or ivory. Now, you need a way to light these beauties, right? How about treating your hostess (or yourself, for that matter) to our new RECHARGEABLE lighter??? It comes boxed with everything you need.

You might be asking yourself what you can put those candles in. How about these hand-forged, black metal candle holders?

I have them on my mantel with another new arrival, a long needle pine garland. I’m really digging these all together with an old arrival that is still available. I have a wall basket leaning here for a little texture.

Holiday Decor

So, I named this blog “you light up my life” for a reason. Aside from the rechargeable lighter and candles, I have a few other goodies to show you. What do you think of these battery-operated trees? I think they are super cute! You can’t even see the tiny, LED lights hidden in the branches.

I have them here with our new runners, again. The gray plaid and the snowy, cardinal are one in the same, yep! it’s reversible. And, there’s that new, long needle garland again.

So, last, but not least, are these very fun vintage look string lights. 24 count and they come boxed for gift giving, too.
